Today, human factor talk about '' Dirty Dozen '' this is quite important in Aviation Industrial as the supervisor will particular in this. As '' Dirty Dozen '' means 12 problem when you face in human factor.
1.) Lack of Communication - Didn't communicate well with your members

3.) Lack of knowledge - You are study in Aerospace technology, but you do Aerospace avionics
4.) Distraction - Do work in serious mode , then suddenly see pretty girls walked by ...
5.) Lack of teamwork - Your teammates never contribute as he do his own work
6.) Fatigue - overload , do too much.
7.) Lack of parts - got part 1 , 2 , 3 ,4 ,5 , 7 ,8 ,9 ,10. Where is part 6?
8.) Pressure - Can't finish work on time.
9.) Lack of assertiveness - Assertiveness is the ability to express your feelings
10.) Stress - Can't answer his question when he asked me

LOL this 12 problem is always can see during any job you work. Even at school also will happened. Then study till 11.30am plus. Go for lunch till 1pm .. So this time i wait for EDDIE LEONG arh ... Then we go 249 there see his classmates playing poker cards and smoke -.- so uncilivsed, Aerospace somemore ... HAIZ then Eddie and i saw a guy ( eddie's classmate ) He wanna smoke so he bring out his lighter and when he fire, he burnt is hands ... HAHAHAHA , Eddie and I keep tolerate , then i can't tolerate , i went off awhile and laugh softly laa. Then after that, went back to school. Saw Tiong ghee and Derick also. Then walked together to Student Hub to enjoy the Air-Con as the weather is damn hot !!! After that went back to class to continue my HANDPHONE drawing -.- Then teacher give out our Examination ... Only 2 days and it's was on 1st june and 3rd june ... After that is HOLIDAYS !!! WOOHOO ... But hor, it's quite difficult so i must chiong liao. Haizz ... Must put side-mattter aside 1st ... Aiya, outcome also nothing de laa. Haha, after lesson, eddie that asshole do something let Hui Sheng DOWN !!! Anything asked EDDIE LEONG !!! I don't thing about this arh ....
